One box for Cactus chat

A single chat input brings page search, slash commands, and Cactus answers together, while generated help pages describe reachable controls and messages and answer cards retain page context.

  • Find, ask, and run commands.

In the Help Center, Docs, and Messenger, typing brings up page matches and instant answers.

Press Enter to send a question or type “/” to open commands. Follow-ups use a plain input, and an answer card appears without a page beneath it.

  • Answer cards keep page context.

The page section shown when you submit a question stays with it while Cactus writes, then links from the finished card to the relevant section.

Cards name each cited page once, show the reply with its first source, and render one-row tables and code brackets correctly.

  • Answers draw on every source.

Building on Help pages from visitor questions, private answers use product code in the order the search reranks it.

With a switch enabled, they can draw on twice as much code in wider passages.
