Separate development, internal, and public views let you inspect each set of product knowledge on its own.

Choose a product knowledge layer

The catalog has a tab for each layer, with a status indicator. In the internal layer, search code by question, and ask the chat widget about the page you're viewing using its interactive elements as context.

Track draft and verified pages

The catalog marks pages as pending, draft, or verified in their cards and page view. An area shows draft if any page inside is a draft, and shows verified only when all its pages are verified.
