Help Center for AI agents

Your Help Center serves AI agents Markdown and discovery files. Cactus also builds fuller answers from help pages, adds figures, applies writing rules to release notes, and routes Discord handoffs.

  • Serve Markdown to AI agents.

Help sites return Markdown when an AI client requests it, with discovery files and a Markdown response for missing pages.

They also identify the site’s logo and support contact.

  • Complete answers from help pages.

Cactus checks each page against the questions it promises to answer.

When no single page covers a question completely, it can compose an answer from up to three pages and cite each one.

  • Themed release history.

What’s New presents themed releases with chapters and smaller changes, and opens release details inline across the app, Help Center, and Messenger.

AI clients can request brief, standard, or full release history, with fuller answers when the record contains more.

  • Figures in help pages.

Help pages can include diagrams, screen sketches, comparisons, and highlighted words drawn from product evidence.

Answers can also show figures from the pages they cite across the app, Help Center, and Messenger.

3 more changes
  • Resolve handoffs in Discord.

A Discord handoff card opens a thread where linked teammates can reply to the customer, resolve or reopen the handoff, and ask Cactus about its conversation.

Cactus echoes team replies and app notes in that thread.

  • AI visibility by model.

Visibility shows the latest answers for each model, including mentions and cited pages, alongside keyword rankings.

It turns visibility gaps into evidence-backed actions with Claude Code prompts, and sends summaries to a Slack channel when one is set.

  • Browser-agent tools on every page.

Cactus pages expose tools to browser agents, and Help Center sites serve auth.md.

Cactus can also return page routes and control names, and owners can check live feature-flag states from connected providers.
