Lite at $35 a month

Lite costs $35 a month across Cactus’s pricing and plan pages. Teams can group feature requests and bug reports in the Inbox, send groups to Linear, and track issue status. Answers can show sources and values in structured cards.

  • Lite’s published price.

One shared Lite price appears on the pricing page, Terms of Service, the app’s Plan page, and plan emails, keeping those details consistent.

Pro stays at $100 a month.

  • Customer requests in the Inbox.

Cactus groups feature requests and bug reports from finished conversations by demand, with each group’s supporting conversations and customer quotes in the Inbox.

Send a group to Linear as an issue and follow its status. Cactus marks it shipped when a What’s New chapter delivers it.

  • Structured answer cards.

The selected answer card arrives before the response text and carries its sources and values.

In Help Center answers and Messenger, state diagrams and process steps have tabs or a slider so readers can move through them.

  • Review customer facts.

Your team can review a signed-in person’s dated facts, captured in their own words, beside their conversation.

Edit or retire a fact from the profile.

  • Discover Cactus’s MCP server.

AI app directories can discover and verify Cactus’s MCP server.

You can connect to it from claude.com as well as claude.ai.

  • French Help Center.

You can add French to your Help Center.

Cactus keeps glossary terms in French through later translation steps and preserves product names as written.

  • Videos in help pages.

Your help pages can include video blocks that play in the provider’s own player on the Help Center, in the app, and in Messenger.
