In Conversations, open and escalated badges use distinct fills. Disabled reply actions are clearer, text has stronger contrast across the main screens, and answer lists scroll without overlapping.

Cactus saves facts from its research, so repeat questions can reuse what it learned instead of repeating a full code investigation. When your product's first build is underway, a knowledge gap can get an honest in-progress reply.

Cactus marks core knowledge ready after researching the product and its primary customer outcome, then continues deeper research in the same build. If a documentation crawl fails, the build can continue with sources it did capture while the docs source is deferred.

Eligible Help Center pages publish automatically when a build produces customer-safe prose. You can still unpublish a page, and Cactus keeps that choice across later builds until you explicitly publish it again.
