Product Maps from your code
Cactus turns code into Product Maps with a readable product structure. Visitors can ask questions in the Help Center, while Cactus generates cited help pages and offers proactive guidance on your home screen.
Choose repositories for Product Maps.
Choose which repositories Cactus indexes for each product in Connect.
The Product Map lays out the product’s structure as a nested tree, with each concept’s other connections shown inline. Existing map knowledge stays unless you confirm its removal.
Cited answers in the Help Center.
Visitors can ask questions in the Help Center and get answers as cited pages.
When existing knowledge misses, Cactus asks MINERVA to look without writing to the Product Map.
Compare published pages with live knowledge.
Signed-in owners can compare a published help page with live product knowledge and its sources.
Cactus generates customer-safe, cited pages from product knowledge, and you can regenerate one concept at a time.
Knowledge stays with its product.
Each product keeps its own Product Map, help pages, and answers.
Cactus ties connected repositories to the product you choose, so knowledge doesn’t carry over between products.

A recommendation on your home screen.
Cactus opens with one primary recommendation and a single, quieter second tip.
When more than one tip appears, you can mute tips and collapse the stack to a count badge.
