Cactus generates help pages from product code, and you can connect GitHub without a separate sign-in, manage conversations in the Inbox, ask from Docs, and create products and teamspaces.

  • An investigation can create a page for a finding that no existing topic covers, then refresh the page cited in an answer with supporting evidence.

    Writers draw from the product rather than its stale docs. Setup guides start from scratch, and headings add information instead of echoing their opening.

  • GitHub confirms installations automatically.

    GitHub confirms the installation through its authorization flow, without a separate identity prompt or account linking.

    The connection returns you to the product you started from, and setup keeps its progress through the brand check.

  • Watch, escalate, and resolve conversations.

    In the Inbox, you can watch conversations, escalate them, and resolve customer issues.

    Actions return a response, and conversation previews no longer show answer text while it’s still streaming.

  • Answers stay open while Cactus investigates.

    Cactus checks product knowledge before investigating, and the conversation stays open until an answer or failure arrives.

    From Docs, ask questions, see cited pages, continue with a follow-up, and save an answer as a help page.

  • Your teamspace is named for you.

    Sign in with a work email and Cactus creates a teamspace named after you, using your first name or, if absent, your email name.

    If your domain already has a teamspace, you can join it instead.

  • Name products and delete their data.

    Name a product as you create it, and delete it with its stored data from Settings.

    When its map finishes, the product adopts the default name and the completion card goes away.
