Review watched products’ AI answers, mentions, citations, search positions, and suggested follow-up actions in the separate Visibility dashboard.
Open Visibility
Only Cactus staff signed in on a team that owns a watched product can access Visibility. The signed-in Cactus app no longer has a Visibility page. Open the separate Visibility dashboard instead, and sign in if prompted.
Review Visibility
Visibility brings together AI answers and citations, mention trends, ranked product recommendations, keyword positions, and suggested follow-up actions. You can also compare answers by question and review run summaries.
Track mentions
Each model's latest run shows how many answers named your product, out of the answers returned. Questions that already name your product and failed calls aren't included.
One model is asked every second morning at 06:00 UTC, so all four models are covered across an eight-day cycle.
The mention trend reaches back up to 30 days.
Ranked recommendations show which products the answers name most and how many answers from each model named them.
Read AI answers
Under What AIs say, inspect model answers and the URLs they cited.
Compare answers by question, including each model's first three recommendations and any reasons it gave.
Questions that name your product appear separately.
Check search positions
For each keyword, compare your product site and Help Center with watched competitors on Google-like results and Bing. Visibility shows the latest completed search run. A missing position means a site didn't appear in the top ten.
Follow up on actions
In What to do, review the open actions.
For an action, select Done to mark it complete or Dismiss to dismiss it. It then moves out of the open list and appears with resolved actions.
