## Question counts

Overview shows a separate count for customer questions from each channel over the rolling seven-day window.

The window covers the seven days before now and rolls continuously, rather than resetting at the start of a calendar week. A conversation counts when it starts. Setup conversations and conversations started in the app don't count.

## Handoffs

Overview shows handoffs as a separate total. A handoff counts when a conversation is escalated during the rolling seven-day window, regardless of its channel.
