## What's New feed

Your product’s Help Center has a **What's New** feed of published releases, newest first. Older releases follow newer ones, and entries can link to affected Help Center pages readers can access.

## Release writing

Cactus groups product commits into dated releases, turning headline changes into chapters and smaller changes into rollup lines. When a release closes, Cactus regroups and rewrites it as a whole; it may combine it with the preceding release from that month. When a month has two or more releases, Cactus writes a monthly story.

## Publication

Your team can see a release while Cactus is writing it. Customers see finished, non-maintenance releases in the public What's New feed.

## Open a release

1. In the **What's New** timeline, select a release title to open its page.
2. On the release page, select **‹ What's New** to return to the timeline.
