## Make a page public

1. In **Home**, open the help page.
2. On the page, select the audience label beneath its title.
3. In **Who this page is for**, select **Everyone**. Cactus saves your choice.

- detail: **Who this page is for** (1)

*In Who this page is for, select Everyone.*

Visitors can read the page only if Cactus marks it eligible for external display and the Help Center is public. If the Help Center is team-only, change its access in [Set up your Help Center and domain](https://cactus.heycactus.ai/set-up-help-center).

## Audience options

Choose an audience based on who should read the page.

- me
- team
- everyone

*Choose an audience based on who should read the page.*

| Audience | Who can read |
| --- | --- |
| Only you | The person who created the page can read it. Other team members and visitors can’t. |
| Your team | Your team can read it in the app; visitors can’t. |
| Everyone | Anyone with the link can read it if Cactus marks the page eligible for external display and the Help Center is public. |

## If a page is withheld

For a page marked **Only you** or **Your team**, change its audience in **Who this page is for**.

| What you see | What it means | What to do |
| --- | --- | --- |
| “Help Center is team only” | The Help Center is set to team-only access. | Change its access in Set up your Help Center and domain. |
| “Only you can see this page” | The page is for the person who created it. | Set **Who this page is for** to **Your team** or **Everyone**. |
| “Your team only” | The page is for your team, not visitors. | Set **Who this page is for** to **Everyone**. |
| “Internal only” | The page is set to **Everyone**, but Cactus hasn’t marked it eligible for external display. | Choosing **Everyone** again won’t make it public. |
